The RN7<\/h2>\n

Route Nationale 7 (RN7<\/a>) is Madagascar\u2019s classic road trip route – stretching from Antananarivo all the way south to Tulear. It\u2019s a scenic journey through highlands, national parks, and rural villages, with plenty of great places to stop along the way.<\/h4>\n

If you’re heading into the Grand Circuit<\/a> along the west coast, your pisteur (local guide\/driver) will meet you in Tulear or Ifaty.     Where to stay in Antsirabe<\/h2> \t

    Antsirabe is likely the second major stop on your RN7 journey, known for its cool climate, colonial buildings, and quirky rickshaws. If you\u2019ve got time, take a ride through town, cycle to Lac Tritriva, or enjoy a short hike around the crater lake.<\/p>\n
