This classic one-way route takes you from Antananarivo to Tuléar along the famous RN7 road. The variety of national parks along this route is incredible. Experience the lush rainforest at Ranomafana, enjoy the mountainous landscapes of Andringitra National Park, and explore the desert and canyons of Isalo. Conclude your Madagascar road trip by relaxing on the beach at Saint Augustin before flying back to Antananarivo.

We had Madagascar on our bucket list for a long time, but we knew that if we were going to do it, it would have to be as self-drivers. We travelled for 3 weeks with the vehicle. It was a bit of an adventure, but thanks to the vehicle we never reached the limits of what was possible.
