Nairobi hotel tips

Karen and Langata are the best residential areas to stay in Nairobi. It’s lush and green, boasts many nice restaurants and malls, and is conveniently located close to the bypass, when going to the Masai Mara, travelling north to Samburu or northwest towards Lake Naivasha.

When travelling south, towards Tsavo and Diani Beach, stay along the Mombasa Road area, which is also close to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Don’t stay downtown unless you want to practice how to manoeuvre in traffic jams.
