- Head further south. Today’s track demands your 4×4 gear. It’s a rough dirt track through no-man’s land.
- You’ll cross quicksand areas, even if it just looks like a flat sand plain.
- Be careful: you don’t want to take the wrong direction here! Let your driver-guide or pisteur lead the way.

- Start with a few hours of off-road driving.
- After that, you’ll finally reach asphalt again as you enter Morondava.
Tip
- Once in Morondava, fill up your tank and enjoy access to a supermarket — it’s been a while!
